Workshop: Mindful vs. Mind full

A workshop in which we focus on how you can move from a mind full of thoughts to a mind with more focus. What can you do to experience more peace and balance? Think of rituals, meditation, running, training or coloring mandalas. Find your inner strength; reduce stress, increase concentration and live more in the present. Doing daily activities with more focus and attention will make you more effective and successful.
